Anthony T. Prowell was born the 7th of December, 1968 in Chicago,
Illinois to Linda and Andre Prowell.
He attended both public and private grade schools. He graduated from
Near North Career Magnet High School with All City, All State and All-
Star Awards. He then attended Triton College, also playing sports. While
attending Triton he received a letter from the "Philadelphia Philly's". He
later played semi-pro ball which landed him tryouts with the "Chicago
Cubs" at Wrigley Field.
Anthony was supportive, strong and sincere. He had great love for family
and friends!
Anthony met and fell in love with Diane Hamilton. They were married on
December 7, 1998.
Anthony was employed with AT&T until he was thrown a curve ball with
his health.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they should be called "Children of God."
Anthony leaves to mourn: Wife, Diane; three children, Ariel, Alexis and
AJ; one grandson, Jace; Godchildren, Davion and LaFaye; mother, Linda
Prowell; father, Andre Prowell (preceded him death); sister, Crystal
(Mike); nephew, Marcquinn; niece, Mykaela; sister, Audra; brother,
Latrell; mother-in-law, Teeana Dudley; three sisters-in-law and five
brothers-in-law; and a special cousin, Lanece Johnson.
He also leaves a host of loving aunts and uncles, as well as cousins, family
and friends.
