Bertha Lee Harris was born to Emma Lou Sullivan and Henry
Lindsey on April 15, 1938.

Bertha was baptized as a Jehovah Witness on July 29, 2000.

Bertha loved to cook, she was always willing to feed any friends
and family that stopped by. She was a loving mother, daughter,
sister and friend.

Bertha departed her life September 6, 2019 at the age of
eighty-one. Bertha is preceded in death by: Both parents; one
son, Ingrid C. Cumming; one granddaughter, Felicia Harris; one
great-granddaughter, D’aivion harris; and two sisters, Ruby
Johnson and Leola Benson.

Bertha’s memories will be cherished by: Her son, Luster (Ray)
Harris; five daughters, Vera Harris Lee, Emma Harris, Patricia
Harris, Diann Harris and Sabrina (Ira) McMillian; sixteen grand-
children; eighteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grand-
children; one sister, Myrtle Ervin; one brother, Jimmy Faggins;
one bonus daughter, Angela Williams; she also a host of nieces,
nephews, family and friends.
