Obituary for Darlene Rodgers

Ms. Darlene H. Rodgers Faulkner was born May 30,
1958 in Chicago, Illinois to the proud parents of Joseph
D. Howard and Virginia Rodgers.

At an early age Darlene accepted Christ and was baptized.

Darlene attended Bird Elementary, she also attended Saint
Joseph Catholic School and Wells High School.

Darlene and Clarence met in 1984 and they were united
in marriage in 1998. She loved music, liked to party and
loved to dance. Darlene loved her family so much.

Darlene was preceded in death by: Her parents, Joseph
Howard and Virginia Rodgers; her husband, Clarence
Faulkner; her brothers, William, Oscar, Roy, Joe L, Robert
and Larry; her grandson, Virgil; her niece, Shirley Rodgers;
and her brother-in-law, Maurice.

Darlene leaves to mourn: Her son, Quincy Walker
(Danesha), Quinisha Walker, Ja’Kaylah Walker, Louis Jr.
and Za’Miyah; a special nephew, Julius; her sisters, Rosie
Hightower, Gloria Rodgers; one brother, Curtis Rodgers;
her nieces, Valerie, Rowena, Sheila, Doletha and Regina;
her nephews, Kenneth (Yvonne) Corey; and a host of
other nieces and nephews.
