Geraldine Williams was born September 23, 1952 in Coahoma
County, Mississippi to Willie Mae Campbell and Hershey Tanner
(deceased), the first of four children.
Geraldine was united in Holy Matrimony to Joe Williams in 1980.
To this union three children were born.
Geraldine accepted Christ at an early age at Pilgrim Rest Missionary
Baptist Church. Geraldine worked in the healthcare field at Loyola
Hospital for over 28 years and retired in 2018.
She gave of herself and her time willingly - engaging in a life of ser-
vice in her personal and professional lives. Her grace, her beauty and
her charming personality are among the gifts she gave to the world.
Geraldine is preceded in death by: Her grandmother, Fannie Mae
Lee; stepfather, Otis Campbell; and brother, Willie Lee McWilliams.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory: Three children, Tamika,
Gerald (Christina) and Tiffany; three grandchildren, Jakalah, AnBri-
ana and Aniyas; one great-grandchild, Akira; two sisters, Mary
Wright and Fannie Jones; her very faithful friend, Editha Cramer; she
also leaves to cherish many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
