Keith Mellone Riggins was born on September 4, 1967 in Chicago,
IL., to Slyvester and Emma Highley. He was the oldest child to this
union. Keith accepted Christ at an early age.
Keith was a father, son, brother and friend that cared in his own
special way.
Keith departed this life on November 27, 2021. He is preceded in
death by his father, Slyvester Highley and nephew, Kyle Brown.
Keith leaves to cherish his memories: Sons, Tyjuan and Traquan;
daughter, Ashantiana; mother, Emma; brother, Emanuel; sister,
Kimberly; nephews, Kendrick Jr., Emanuel Jr. and Keyleich; nieces,
Emani, Kimbria and Eyanae; special friend, Sherry; and a host of
cousins and friends
