Larry Willis was born July 9, 1990 in Chicago, Illinois. He was born to Sheila Miller and
Andre Smith and raised by Willard Miller.
Larry was educated in the Chicago Public School System. Larry confessed Christ at an
early age at Christ Temple Apostolic Faith Church.
Everyone knew that Larry loved his kids, “The Willis Kids” he called them. He also loved
to dress. He was a loving son, father, brother and friend.
Larry departed this life on January 1, 2021. He is preceded in death by two grandmoth-
ers, Emmer Willis and Shirley Miller.
Larry leaves to cherish his memories: His loving mother, Sheila Miller; fathers, Andre
Smith and Willard Miller; his only brother, Flynard Miller; two children, Saniyah Willis and
Larry Willis; six aunts, Alice Easting, Nancy W. Cammon, Zettie Willis, Robbin Robinson,
Loretha Griffin and Larine James; six uncles, Alonzo Smith, Marion Willis, Derrick Miller,
Eric Smith, Timothy Smith and Lavell Griffin; one grandmother, Annie Rose Smith; special
friends, Tata Edwards, Lil Skeet, Carl King, Terrance and
Neck; and a host of other relatives and friends.
