Obituary for LuLuBertha Bellamy

On July 22, 1932 a beautiful baby girl was born to Oscar Sellers and
Lula Sellers. (Both deceased) They named her Lulubertha (Sellers). She
was their third child. The first was James Alfred Sellers, who was mar-
ried to Artie (both deceased) (his twin brother, who was unnamed, died
at birth). Afterwards came Lee Noah Sellers (aka Uncle Bug) who was
married to Shirley (both deceased). Lulubertha was blessed by Jehovah
to find out that she had a sister Irma-Jean Taylor and a brother named
Timothy (both deceased) by her father (after her parents divorced.)
She married Louis C. Bellamy (deceased 2013) in 1951 and nine years
later gave birth to and is survived by her daughter Phyllis C. Cinque
(1960) followed by her first son, Vincent S. Bellamy (1963) and her
third child, Anthony L Bellamy (1967). She is also survived by her
daughter-in-law (Vincent’s wife), Sheila Bellamy; two grandchildren,
Michael V. Bellamy and Kimberly A Bellamy; as well as two great grand-
sons, KeShaun M. Bellamy and Raiden M. Smith.
Lulubertha came into the truth and was baptized in July 1982. She
worked for the United States Post Office for nine years. Then as a
school community representative, and lastly she worked with mentally,
emotionally challenged people.
Lulubertha survived cancer twice. She was a natural caregiver who took
her father-in-law Oscar Bellman into her home and cared for him until
his death. She also took care of her mom, her aunt and uncle (brother
and sister of her mother).
She also leaves to mourn a host of cousins, nephews, nieces, as well as
friends and relatives.

Lulubertha’s favorite Scripture was the 119th Psalm (the whole chapter)
Her favorite dish, besides Popeyes chicken, was chicken and dressing,
collards, POTATO SALAD-her most favorites! She loved travelling, (by
train only!). She loved having coffee and talking about Jehovah and
daydreaming about the new system!
