On May 27, 1954, at 8:25 p.m., Bessie Lewis gave birth to a set of twins, Michael and
Michelle Denise Green.
At a young age, Michelle accepted Christ into her life as her Lord and Savior.
She later became a member of the Living Word Christian Center.
She attended Marshall High School and after that, she went on to become a banker for
Chase Bank.
Michelle loved to have a good time. She loved to cook and play cards with her children.
She could also draw very well, and later became an excellent knitter.
On January 18, 2022, the Lord said it was time for her to come home. She is preceded
in death by: Her mother, Bessie Lewis and siblings, Mildred, Michael, Margaret and
Eddie.
The memories and legacy of Michelle will be cherished forever by: Her three sisters; one
brother, Juanita, Chantel, Gwen and Jabbar; her beloved children, Richard, Erica, Eugene
and Levi; her eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces,
nephews, family and friends.
