Pamela Hairston was born into life on January 31, 1971 to Terry
Brackenridge and James Willie Munford. She grew up in a large family,
she had seven sisters and brothers.
Pamela accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized in 1975.
Pamela was educated in the Chicago Public School System. Although not
active in the workforce, Pamela was a true caregiver. She was a caregiver
for her mother and she loved helping people. She had a truly giving nature
and was always there to lend a hand. Pamela was always moving, she
just couldn’t keep still. She also loved caring for her children and her
grandchildren.
Pamela was born into eternity at 3:15 p.m. on November 19, 2018 at
West Suburban Hospital. She is preceded in death by: Her father, James
Willie Munford; her brother, James, Jr.; her sisters, Annette Hairston,
Linda Hairston and Trina Hairston; grandmother, Hazel Brown;
great-grandmother, Mary Gill; and her grandson, Cortney Williams Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memories: Her daughters, Tiffany (Jonathan)
Winters-Wright and Janell Winters; her sons, William Winters III, Derrick
Winters and Larry Brown Jr.; her mother, Terry Brackenridge; her brother,
Ted (Samantha) Hairston; sister, Luviner (Cherl) Walker; grandchildren,
Azaria Williams, Armani Winters, Euramani Winters, Dariyah Winters,
Derrianna Winters, Mija Winters, Kaliyah Poole, Derrick Jr., Gabrielle
Wright and Mihkel Wright; one special friend, Arzaibrel Mitchell; special
aunt, Delores Brown; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cous-
ins and friends.
