Patricia Broome was born January 21, 1955 to the union of Pearl and
Arthur Dotson Sr. She accepted Christ at early age.
In 1980, Patricia married Austin Broome (deceased).
On Wednesday, February 2, 2022, God called his angel to her everlast-
ing home. In her new home, Patricia is Free.
Patricia is preceded in death by: Her parents, Arthur and Pearl Dotson;
sister, Willa Mae Dotson; brother, Arthur Lee Dotson Jr. and twin
brothers, Melvin and Elvin Dotson.
Patricia is survived by: Her sons, Patrick and Preston Sr. (Tenetha);
daughters, Melissa and Melinda; grandkids, Briana, Siende, Xavier,
Preston Jr, Justin and Melody; three brothers, Charles, Billy and
Micheal (Angela); sister, Jacqueline; and a host of nieces, nephews,
cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
Patricia enjoyed cooking, playing cards, traveling, caring for her plants
and spending time with her family.
Patricia had a heart of gold and was willing to do anything for anyone.
She was a strong person, ready to face her obstacles head on.
