Phyllis Wells was born April 27, 1958. She was born to the union of
Sidney Wells Sr. and India Wells. She was the only girl born of their
three children.

Phyllis always had faith in Christ even throughout her many struggles
in life.

Phyllis “Sue, Sue” was the sweetest person you could’ve met, she
also didn’t take no mess from anyone. She spoke her mind. She loved
to cook, that was her passion, no one went hungry. Phyllis loved to
clean, your house would be spotless. But her greatest passion was
babysitting. She cared for, and took care of, so many kids through-
out the neighborhood. She was just a phone call away for all.

Phyllis was called home on August 8, 2019 at 6:40 a.m. in the
presence of her loved ones, just as she wanted. Phyllis is preceded in
death by: Her father, Sidney Wells Sr; and brother, Phillips Wells.

Phyllis leaves to cherish: A mother, India Wells; brother, Sidney
(Zelda) Wells; three children, Gary, Cory and India Wells; eleven
grandchildren, Corey, Shatrail, Terelle, Elizabeth, Vontrail, Travonta,
Corshay, Trayvon, Christian, Camaria and Camarion; two special
sisters, Virgina and Artesia; and special friend, Cliffton Thomas.
