Obituary for Quandell Washington

Quandell Lamar Washington was born April 12, 1979 in Chicago, Illinois
to the parents of Cynthia Varnadore and the late Freddie Neely.
In 1981 the family moved to Shelby, MS. Quandell accepted Christ at an
young age, he sat on the Deacon Board in Ducan, MS under pastor Levi
Thomas.
Quandell attended Shelby Elementary as a child and Broad Street High
where he was in the class of 1997. He also received certification in build-
ing maintenance. Quandell was employed as a Fork Lift Driver. He also
mastered other skills in many professions.
In the year of 2000, Quandell moved back to Chicago where he met his
wife of 20 years Lakisha Robinson, whom bore five of his beautiful
children. Quandell was a loving and caring person, he was a great father
to his children. He liked to cook, barbeque, have fun and loved to dress.
Quandell had the biggest, most beautiful smile.
Quandell is preceded in death by: His grandmother, Dezzie Moral; his
grandfather, Harry Varnadore; two uncles, Xavier Anderson and Larry
Washington; one brother, Billy Washington; two cousins, Charles
Washington, Ibrahim Asadi; a very special stepfather, James Gardner;
father, Freddie Neely; and a very close friend, Faygo McClenton.
Quandell leaves to cherish his memories: His mother, Cynthia Vanadore;
his wife, Lakisha Robinson; one brother, James Gardner (Domonique);
three sisters, Dezzie, Kathleen (Mario) and Cynthia; five sons, Malik,
Quanderius, Quandell Jr., Laterion and Raquan; his three daughters,
Kamary, Jariyah and Lamaria; his unborn grandson, Qnandarius Jr.; six
nephews; thirteen nieces; two great nephews and nieces; his in-laws, the
Robinsons; and a host of uncles, aunts and friends whom he loved dear
