Obituary for SHARON BEARD

Sharon Beard was known as “cupcake”. She was born in Memphis Tennessee on February
22, 1967. Sharon was full of life and very family orientated. She loved to make people
laugh and was loved by many people. She loved to cook and dance and left a mark on
everyone she crossed paths with.
She was born to Emma Lee West and Richard Beard who preceded her in death. She was a
loving mother of four to Jessica Jones, Anthony Jones, Darnesha Reap and Dominque
Beard who also preceded her in death.
Sharon attended and graduated from Proviso East High School in Maywood, Illinois.
Sharon worked at Hines VA Hospital and at Brother Love Day Care.
Sharon is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Fields, grandmother Christine Fields
and five aunts.
She leaves behind to cherish her legacy of love and style to: Her two sisters, Stefanie
West (Keith Robinson), Sparkle West (Terry Evans); five nieces, Ashley Jones, Erica Free-
man, Tykerra Jones, Tykea Jones, and Tykendra Evans; her nephew, Tykendric West; two
great nieces, Adrianna Norah and Ariana Flores; one great nephew, Keon Funches Jr.;
four aunts, Peal Stringer, Odessa Fields, Catherin Cotton, and Ida Cotton; seven uncles,
Curtis Fields (Deborah), Ernest Fields (Karen),Robert, Clarence, Anthony, John, and Billy
Cotton; and a host of cousins, friends and family. Her BFFs Yvette and Kurtina; her
additional sisters, Ethelyn and Tylena; additional nieces, Jessica and Taylynn; and two
nephews, Johnathan and Braylon.

I hide my tears when I say your name, but the pain in my heart is still the same.
Although I smile and seem carefree, there is no one who misses you more than me!!!
Gone but not forgotten.
