Obituary for Terry Lee Adams
We celebrate the wonderful life of Terry Lee Adams, who peacefully
gained his wings and was called back to Christ on Sunday, January
17, 2021.
Terry Adams was born February 6, 1960, in Hughes, Arkansas to
Arthur Adams and Johnnie Mae Adams. He was the oldest of six
children. Terry accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership
of Rev. C.T. Baker of Holy Corinthian.
He began his education at Willa Cather Elementary School and
graduated from Westinghouse High School, where he enjoyed play-
ing baseball. He was very passionate about his kids and especially
very prideful of his daughters and mother. He also loved cars, he
always had two; one for everyday driving and a nice, fast, old
school car that he could bring out and show out.
He is preceded in death by: His father, Arthur Adams; his baby
brother, Tyron “Ty” Adams; and his best friend, Shelton “Slaw”
Williams.
He leaves to cherish his memory: His loving mother, Johnnie Mae
Adams; his six children, Terry Terrell, Teneceia, Tremell, Tremaine,
Kiara and Terry’A; three siblings, Jacquelyn, Rochelle and Arthur Jr.;
four grandchildren, Terry Terrell Jr., TiAnna Lyric, Nevaeh and
Tremaine Jr.; seven nieces, Joyce, Janice, Janita, Jessica, Jasmine,
Brielle and Tyra; four nephews, Harold, Darren, Aaron and Frank;
and a host of great nieces, nephews, friends and family.
