Tysheaka Terranika Roark was born September 4, 1987 in Chicago, Illinois to the
proud parents of Tyrone Roark and Brenda Medley.
Tysheaka attended Herzl Elementary. She later transferred to Dvorak and later to
Michelle Clark where she received her elementary diploma. She then went on to
Austin Career Academy High School where she completed and received her High
School Diploma.
Tysheaka accepted Christ in her late teens and baptized at Stone Temple Missionary
Baptist Church located on the west side of Chicago, Illinois.
Tysheaka worked at Chicago Tribune and later left to pursue higher goals at Hines
Vetern Affairs.
Tysheaka had three beautiful children in unity with Telly Watkins, Ricky Jones and
her final and true love, Fred Fairfax.
Tysheaka is preceded in death by: Her grandparents, Ruby Luckett, Mr. Roark and
Seal Roark; her cousin, Elvis; and aunties, Rosa Lee and Betty.
Tysheaka leaves to cherish her memories: Two daughters, Tristianah Watkins and
Trinity Jones; one son, Fyar Fairfax; her loving parents, Tyrone Roark and Brenda
Medley; and a very special dad who raised her, Perry Medley; a special active
figure, Tommie Davis; four older brothers, Maurice (Tasha), Perry, Aaron and
Tristian Medley; four younger siblings, brothers Ty Jamin Roark, Ty Sontae Roark,
Ty Ddeus Roark and one sister, Tayana Roark; and a host of aunts uncles, nieces,
nephews, cousins and friends
