Obituary for Walter B Williams III

Walter B. Williams III was born March 1, 1987 to Lorretta Phillips and
Walter B. Williams Jr. In Chicago, Illinois. Walter was the fourth of five
children.

Walter confessed his love for Christ at an early age and attended Good
Faith Christian Center in Chicago where he was baptized.

Walter attended Jesse Owens and Solomon Elementary Schools. He
obtained his high school diploma from Richard T. Crane High School in
Chicago. He worked many jobs in sales and some odd jobs like painting
and expressed an interest in Carpentry.

Walter had many talents during his life that he enjoyed. His love for
music was apparent early when he taught himself how to play drums.
He would play those drums like he was professionally trained but it was
just a natural gift.

On Wednesday, August 28, 2019 Walter made his transition. He is
preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary Williams and Walter B.
Williams Sr.

Walter leaves to cherish his memory: His daughter, Chamika Williams of
Chicago; his mother, Lorretta Shelton (Frederick) of Fort Wayne, IN; his
father, Walter B. Williams Jr. (Gloria) of Sauk Village, IL; his grandpar-
ents, Forrest Henry Sr. and Luther Mae Henry of Fort Wayne, IN; four
brothers, Marvin II, JaJuan, Keenen and Lamon; seven sisters, Tanisha,
Latoya, Katrina, Lisa (who preceded him in death) Monica, Patricia and
Washawn; his God-mother, Teresa Grisham Lee; and a host of nieces,
nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
