Obituary for Willie Mae Williams

Willie Mae Williams eighty-four, passed peacefully at Aperion
Care Forest Park (Nursing Home). She had an appointment to
meet with her Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ on June 12, 2020.
Mrs. Williams was born on May 12, 1936, in Osceola,
Arkansas. She was the daughter of the late Lawson and Roberta
Allen. Mrs. Williams was married to Roy Williams, who preceded
her in death.
Mrs. Williams attended Second Faith Temple COGIC, in
Chicago, Illinois. She was a member of the Mother Board and
known as Mother Williams to church members. Mother Williams
loved to sing and shout to the Lord. She was also an avid
reader, she loved to read newspapers, magazines, and books.
Mrs. Williams was a devoted wife, sister, and aunt.
She leaves to celebrate and cherish her memory: Her sisters
Mrs. Georgia Mae Merritt of Benton Harbor, Michigan and
Mrs. Ethel Lee Jones of Alexandria, Virginia; and a host of niec-
es, nephews, and her devoted church family.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by: Her siblings, Allen
Junior, Leroy Allen, Fred Allen, John Noble Allen, James Edward
Allen, and Mrs. Emma Jean Presberr
