Obituary

Ms. Lola Beatrice Grey (Quince) Davis was born into life on May
5, 1926 in Bay Springs, Mississippi as the eighth child to the
parents of the late Abraham and Onie Lee Grey.
Lola attended True Temple of Soloman from 1980 to 1992 and
Living Word Christian Center and was rededicated as a Silver Saint
from 2009 to 2020.
Lola was employed with the Chicago Public School system. There
Lola served as a lunchroom attendant.
Lola was born into Eternity on Thursday, February 13, 2020.
Lolo was preceded in death by: Siblings, Vera, Melvin, Wilbert,
Abraham Jr., Lea Samuel, Lavern, Lula Mae and Baby Grey;
husbands, Nathaniel Quince and William Davis; daughter, Brenda
JoAnne Quince; son-in-law, Vernon Mason; and grandson, Michael
Quince.
Lola leaves to cherish her memories: Beloved children, Carolyn
Quince, Willie C. Quince, Phyllis Quince Mason, David Quince
(Stephanie) and special granddaughter, Tameka (Deon) Quince
(daughter of Brenda JoAnne Quince); grandchildren, Paris Mason,
Kimberly Quince, Charise Mason, Elijah Mason, Curtis Quince,
Joshua Quince and Jasari Quince; great-grandchildren, Saibrene
Quince, Jada Bradley, Maryiah Quince and Clyffon Harris; one sis-
ter, Bessie Thigpen in Baton Rouge, MS; and a host of nieces,
nephews, relatives and friends.
